- Direct mail: Design, script and organise the dispatch of mailers and e-mail bulletins targeted at defined audiences
- Internal communication: Develop strategies, organise information and consultation programmes for staff
- Events: Organise launch or promotional events, including attendance by VIPs, guest speakers, entertainment etc
- Telemarketing & market research: Organise and manage telemarketers, including cost-effective follow-up market research or opinion sampling
- Websites: Develop concepts, liaise with designers and ISP, update text regularly.
